Indian Central School

Indian Central School (ICS) is a private progressive primary and secondary school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, India. The school is sponsored by the Dar Al-Salam Education Service co-owned by Mr. KO Mathew and Mr. Ahmed Al Falah. Its picturesque setting provides an ideal and conducive atmosphere for an educational institution.

ICS started functioning on 31 August 1988, with the aim of imparting quality education and excelling in producing all round students. It was initially up to Class VIII to which Class IX was added in April 1997. The first batch of Senior Secondary (Class XII) appeared for Board Examination in March 1999 in two streams, science and commerce and gave excellent results.

The school has excellent facilities with 25 big and spacious air conditioned rooms, 3 big play fields which are a rare asset to this school, basket ball and badminton court, 2 gardens and green areas, a well maintained auditorium, a big swimming pool with all facilities, a well equipped library stacked with a lot of books covering the school subjects, resource centers for English and Mathematics.

There is also an aesthetically done up play room for the Tiny Tots with an open area with plenty of swings for the young ones, a well thought over audio visual room with all the equipment and apparatus room and resource centre with all sorts of aids and implements, four Science labs with the latest facilities, 3 Computer Science labs especially designed to facilitate young students working on them.
