The patient Suites are specially designed to ensure utmost privacy during their stay while the staffs are taking care of all the patient's medical concerns. The types of suites are Royale Orchid, Orchid, Lotus, Jasmine, Camellia, Lily & Daisy.

Patients must bring copies of their Civil I.D. (or passport). Obstetrics patients must bring with them copies of their husband's Civil I.D.(or passport) and copies of their marriage certificate.

They have their own Medical Insurance department that follows guidelines such as educating the patient about insurance policies and registration process, guiding and briefing patients on the requirements and financial estimation prior to obtaining a pre-approval for all in-patient and surgical procedures.
