Kuwaiti Cabinet issued directives to the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) to initiate the necessary preparations for the construction of a residential city in the northern region.
This decision was made during a routine weekly cabinet meeting held at Bayan Palace and chaired by His Highness the Prime Minister, Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
The directive falls within the framework of Kuwaiti-Chinese agreements, particularly in the areas of building residential cities, electricity, and water. Additionally, the cabinet tasked the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy with taking the requisite measures for cooperation in the field of power and renewable energy.
